Chemical regulatory intelligence
Foresight monitors REACH, CLP, TSCA, PFAS rules and chemical inventories in your markets. Whether you make or buy chemicals, it flags the substances and products each change affects.

Projects for chemical compliance
Foresight runs the work a change leaves behind, from a portfolio check to a registration dossier. Your expert approves each result.
Understand your exposure
All 7 projects- Substance risk heatmapHow hard REACH, TSCA and PFAS rules press on each substance you use, market by market.
- Portfolio impact assessmentWhich of your products and formulations a new listing, classification or restriction reaches.
- PFAS portfolio reviewWhere PFAS sit in your products, under each definition that applies in your markets.
- Substitution screeningAlternatives to a listed or restricted substance, checked for their own hazards and restrictions.
Meet an obligation
All 9 projects- REACH registration dossiersEU and UK REACH registrations for the substances you make or import.
- CLP classification and labellingClassifications and labels for your mixtures when a harmonised classification changes.
- SCIP notificationsNotifications for articles that hold Candidate List substances above 0.1%.
- TSCA reportingInventory status, CDR and PFAS reports for substances you make in or import into the US.
Keep documents current
All 4 projectsThe sectors chemical rules reach
Chemical rules reach coatings, electronics, consumer goods and cosmetic ingredients alike. Each sector page opens on the changes Foresight is tracking for a typical company in it.
What is moving in chemicals
Foresight keeps a public page for 314 chemical topics, each showing how active a framework, substance or hazard is. These are the most active now.

What chemical teams ask
What does Foresight watch in chemicals?
REACH, CLP, SCIP and the EU’s rules on persistent organic pollutants, chemical exports, detergents, fertilisers and cosmetics, UK REACH and GB CLP, TSCA and its PFAS reporting rule, US state PFAS laws, Proposition 65 and Washington’s Safer Products. Foresight also watches national rules in Germany, France, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Türkiye and Ukraine, the chemical inventories and control laws of Canada, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, China, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, India, Vietnam, the Philippines, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Australia and New Zealand, biocide and pesticide approvals, the global conventions on chemicals, and substances such as PFAS in every market.
How does Foresight know which changes matter to us?
You name the substances you track and the markets you sell into. Foresight scores each change against them and says why it was flagged, such as “You track TPO, and Great Britain is one of your markets.” A portfolio impact assessment goes further and checks a change against each of your products.
Where does the evidence come from?
From the official source: the regulator’s list, the official journal or the agency’s decision. Every alert and every project result links to the document it rests on, so your team can check the wording directly.
Can Foresight follow one substance across markets?
Yes. A topic such as PFAS or bisphenols gathers the alerts on it from every market Foresight watches, and its public page shows how active it is. A substance risk heatmap scores your own substances, market by market.
Who signs off a project’s results?
The person you name at your organisation. In a project, nothing is final until they sign it off, and each result opens on the evidence behind it.
How do we start?
Book a demo and bring your substances and markets. The Foresight team will show you what is changing for them. You see a project’s scope and price before it starts.
