The few that matter, out of every alert

Foresight scores every new alert in your markets against your products. Most score Low and say why, so the few that need you come first.

What we need from you

Four things, shared at setup before the project starts.

  1. Your products

Your product ranges and the substances in them, from recipes or specifications.

  2. Your markets

Where you sell today, and where you plan to sell next.

  3. Your priorities

What matters most to you, such as a customer audit or a range under review.

  4. Your approver

The person who agrees the profile and approves the scoring.

What teams ask about this project

How is each alert scored?

Against a profile you set, or one Foresight drafts from your products and markets for your expert to agree. Each alert is scored out of 100 on five signals: whether its subject matches your topics, whether it concerns substances you track, the work it would create, whether it reaches your markets, and how soon you would need to act. A score of 70 or more is Priority, and 40 to 69 is Relevant.

How do the alerts reach us?

In your feed in Foresight as each one is scored, and by email if you choose: a daily digest, a weekly one, or both. Each person on your team sets their own. Every alert in an email opens in Foresight, with its score, why it matched and its source.

Who checks the scores?

The person you name. They agree the profile before scoring starts, and check the first Priority alerts against their sources. Each member can also rate whether a score is right. These checks reduce the risk of error without removing it.

What happens when a rule changes?

A change to a regulation, such as a new date or an adopted text, arrives as a new alert and is scored against your current profile. When your own products or markets change, Foresight updates the profile and your expert agrees it. Alerts already scored keep their score.

Will we still see alerts that score lower?

Yes. Scoring sets the order. Every alert stays in your feed, and you can filter it by how relevant each one scored.

What does it cost?

The price follows the profile’s size: how many products, substances and markets it covers. You see it with the scope, before any scoring starts.
