Filled by agents.
Checked by experts.

Lists are the tables behind the projects Foresight runs. Its AI agents fill the columns with sourced facts, its experts check each value, and it flags any row a change in the law reaches.

See where each value came from

Each value Foresight’s agents fill carries its source, with a note of what they found there. Foresight’s experts check the value against that source before it reaches you.

A gap never looks like a pass

A project’s scores land in a Heatmap column, from Clear to Priority. A cell no one has scored reads Not assessed, so you can see what’s left to do.

Know who fills each column

A column can hold Foresight’s records, such as substances, regions and legislation, or your own text, numbers, dates and choices. Its header names the kind and who fills it.

Find the rows that need you

Filter a Choice, Yes / No or Person column by one value, and sort by any column. Both stay in the link, so a colleague opens the same view.

Start from the spreadsheet you have

Paste rows straight from a spreadsheet. A value that matches no substance by CAS or EC number is listed against its row, so nothing goes missing quietly.

Everyone works from the same register

Every list is shared with your organisation, and any member can edit it. If a colleague changed a cell while you were typing, Foresight keeps their value and tells you.

What teams ask about Lists

What can a list hold?

Any table your team keeps, such as substances by product, suppliers or markets. Substance, region, topic, legislation, alert and task columns hold Foresight’s records. The rest hold your own text, numbers, dates, choices and people.

Who fills in a list?

Your team sets its own columns, such as owner or review. In a project, Foresight’s AI agents fill the columns the project researches, with a source for each value, and its experts check them.

What happens when the law changes?

Monitoring watches the measures behind your list. When one moves, Foresight flags the rows it reaches, and its experts check those values again.

How do substances match?

By CAS or EC number. A name on its own doesn’t match, so the import lists it against its row for you to fix.

How big can a list be?

Thousands of rows, and a long list scrolls as a short one does.

Who can see and edit a list?

Everyone in your organisation. Every list is shared, and any member can edit it.

Can I filter and share a view?

Filter a Choice, Yes / No or Person column by one value and sort by any column. Copy the link and a colleague opens the same view.

Bring your register to a demo

Bring a table your team already keeps, such as a substance register or a supplier declaration tracker, and see a project run on it.
