- Status: To review
EU Deforestation Regulation
Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/2102 revised the product list on 17 September 2026. Rechecked, panels and wooden office furniture stay in scope.

What we need from you
Four things, shared at setup before the project starts.
Your suppliers
Your suppliers and what each one supplies, from a purchasing list or an approved supplier register.
Your requirements
The legal limits you must meet, and the sustainability criteria you set yourself, such as no fluorinated finishes on fabrics. If they aren’t written down, Foresight drafts them from the materials you buy and the markets you sell in.
Your evidence
The declarations, certificates and test reports you already hold, in whatever form your suppliers sent them.
Your approver
The person who agrees the requirements and approves the review.
What teams ask about this project
How is each supplier assessed?
Against requirements your expert agrees before the review starts. Each one names the evidence that meets it, such as a chamber test result for formaldehyde rather than a panel’s E1 class, so every supplier is held to the same standard.
Where does the evidence come from?
From your suppliers’ own declarations, certificates and test reports, read against the regulations and the regulators’ guidance. Every status links to the requirement’s source, so your team can check the wording directly.
What if a supplier won’t share its formulation?
Foresight asks only for what the requirement needs, such as a declaration against a named list or a test result. If a supplier still won’t confirm, the review records it as a gap, with what was asked and when.
Who checks the review before we use it?
The person you name. They agree the requirements before the review starts, and check the findings against their sources at the end. Nothing is final until they approve it. These checks reduce the risk of error without removing it.
What happens when a rule changes?
Foresight rechecks the suppliers it affects, such as when a substance joins the Candidate List. Any evidence the change makes out of date joins the follow-up queue for your expert to review.
What does it cost?
The price follows the review’s size: how many suppliers and requirements it covers. You see it with the scope, before the review starts.
