Monitoring watches each law in the register and the proposals that could change it. When one moves, Foresight rechecks the entries it affects, and your expert reviews the change.

What we need from you
Four things, shared at setup before the project starts.
Your products
Your product ranges and what’s in them, from formulations or safety data sheets.
Your markets
Where you make and sell today, and where you plan to sell next.
Your priorities
What’s most urgent for you, such as a label change or a customer audit.
Your approver
The person who agrees the scope and approves the register.
What teams ask about this project
How do you decide which laws apply?
Against a scope you set, or one Foresight drafts for your expert to agree: the jurisdictions, the areas of law and what counts as applying to you. Each law is then checked against your products and substances, so the register lists only the laws that reach you.
Where does the evidence come from?
From the laws themselves: official journals, legislation databases, and regulators’ own pages. Every entry links to its source, so your team can check the wording directly.
Does it cover laws that don’t apply yet?
Yes. Adopted laws that apply later, such as an active substance approval with a future date, sit in the register with their status. Proposals that could change an entry are tracked against it, such as the EU deal to move CLP’s label formatting rules to 2030.
Who checks the register before we use it?
The person you name. They agree the scope before the register is built, and check each entry against its source at the end. Nothing is final until they approve it. These checks reduce the risk of error without removing it.
What happens when a law changes?
Foresight rechecks the entries it affects, whether the change is a new date, an amendment or a proposal that moves. The register your expert approved stays as it is until they accept the change.
What does it cost?
The price follows the register’s size: how many products, substances and markets it covers. You see it with the scope, before the register is built.
More ways to understand your exposure
Each runs the same way, with your expert approving the result.
- Substance risk heatmapRegulatory pressure by substance and market.
- Portfolio impact assessmentThe products, formulations and markets a regulatory change reaches.
- PFAS portfolio reviewWhere PFAS sit in your products, under each definition that applies.
- Market entry requirementsThe registrations, notifications and labels a product needs before it sells in a new market.
- Substitution screeningAlternatives to a substance of concern, checked for their own hazards and restrictions.
- Sustainable procurement reviewSuppliers and materials reviewed against your requirements.
