
UK Releases 2022 Pesticide Monitoring Report: Key Compliance Risks and Trends for Industry

In an effort to enhance understanding and compliance with Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009, the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) is offering a vital online workshop titled "Introduction to Operator, Resident, Bystander, and Worker Exposure Risk Assessment for Plant Protection Products." This event is particularly significant for professionals in Great Britain (GB) and Northern Ireland (NI), focusing on the risk assessment of non-dietary exposure to plant protection products.
Scheduled for 14 and 15 February 2024, this workshop is a must-attend for technical and regulatory staff involved in the submission of non-dietary human health risk assessments. The course is designed to provide comprehensive training on the latest European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) Exposure Guidance, which became mandatory for NI assessments from1 January 2023, and for GB assessments from 1 January 2024.
This workshop is designed for those responsible for producing and submitting risk assessments and associated data to the HSE. It's an invaluable opportunity for professionals to stay abreast of the latest regulatory requirements and methodologies.
